Blake took great care of us.  He was "Johnny on the Spot!" I had another roofing company try to have my insurance company to pay for a new roof, due to hail, which they couldn't, after more than a year. He and his recommended public adjuster, Alexis, worked with our insurance company to get our shingles replaced, very quickly!  His crew showed up at 6:30 AM and were done by 8:00 PM the same day, completely cleaned up and everything.  And my house is 3,100 square feet, a large roof. Our subdivision had nearly 200 roofs replaced due to a hailstorm last year. Nationwide Insurance sent a SeekNow team to inspect our roof, which reported that our roof sustained only wind and hail damage to the "soft metals" on the roof, with no shingle damage. However, our shingles did have damage "due to wear, tear, marring and deterioration to the shingles. The cause of the damage found to shingles is specifically excluded by the policy."

Fortunately, Josh saw the tarp on our roof and stopped by to inspect it. They offer "retail pricing" for those of us who have trouble getting insurance to pay anything. The Waters Edge quote was among the lowest I received and included Owens-Corning Duration architectural shingles with a 50-year manufacturer's warranty and a 10-year "transferable" labor warranty.

Our roof design is pretty cut up, and it took 38 squares (as quoted), including a 17% waste factor. I received other quotes as low as 35 squares, but they would've used shortcuts or had a "we need more shingles to finish the job" surprise near the end. Josh's team completed our new roof in a single day and cleaned up everything before leaving. The Williamsburg Gray looks fantastic with our stucco and black shutters.

The most impressive thing about Waters Edge is that Josh took a personal interest in ensuring we were comfortable at every step of the process. I felt like my brother was taking care of everything, which is rare among contractors, especially roofing contractors. Thank you, Josh!
